"Altogether I've gotten 40 something leads from organic and paid these last couple weeks including direct calls. No sign of the spammy leads I was getting before. And most importantly getting a solid amount of people who are in default right now.

That is a huge success and I can't wait to build on it. I have to laugh a bit at the irony of it happening during my moving month instead of any of the other 30+ months that things have been dead. But I'm grateful regardless and will be able to capitalize on this even more next month.
